who will be left to care for the patients

what about the patients.. ? in all this banter , debate, has anyone asked the question who will be around to take care of patients? How can providers provide quality while being forced to see 40 or 50 patients a day.. at $30/ patient... Is the Obamacare approach really going to allow for medicine to be practiced as it should be.. ??
